Returns Policy

At XENIA SOLOMOU, each piece is designed with intention and care. If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer the possibility to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

Returns are accepted exclusively for items that meet the following standards:

Items must be unworn, unused, and preserved in their original condition, including all packaging, the original XS shoe box , dust bags , cards and accompanying materials or accessories.
Products must not have been worn, altered, or used for photography, social media, online content, commercial activity, or any form of personal promotion.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order, and approved items must be shipped back within 14 days of authorization using the official ACS return label provided by the brand. 
Returns must be sent from the same country in which the purchase was originally made.

Integrity of Returns

Items that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender without refund.

Please note that XENIA SOLOMOU cannot assume responsibility for loss, theft, or damage incurred during return transit.
