Conditions

At XENIA SOLOMOU, your satisfaction is of utmost importance. Should your purchase not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

Returns are accepted only when all of the following conditions are fulfilled:

• The item was purchased directly from XENIA SOLOMOU
• A return request is submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery
• The items are returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and unaltered
• The items have not been used in photo shoots, social media content, online platforms, commercial activities, or for personal gain
• Any accompanying accessories or materials (such as shoe bags or dust bags) are returned with the item
• The items are returned in their original packaging
• The return shipment is dispatched within 14 days from the date the return is approved
• The return is sent using the ACS return label provided by the brand
• The return is shipped from the same country in which the purchase was made

Returns that do not comply with the above conditions will be sent back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.

Please note that XENIA SOLOMOU cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage incurred during the return shipment.
