Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your ACS tracking number. You can track your package in real-time through the ACS tracking system.
International Shipping & Customs Duties
European Union: For orders within the EU, there are no additional customs duties or taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
Outside EU: For shipments outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA), customs duties and taxes may apply as determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order price.
Delays & Lost Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery times or if the package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately via email or phone. We will work with ACS to locate your package or send you a replacement product as soon as possible.
